9.1 Dealing with Eco Emotions
Our exercises are largely aimed at groups, but in this package we have assembled some files that we believe could also be of use for you who wonder what to do with the feelings and thoughts that come from living in the time of the climate crisis. In other words, you can do the exercises on your own, or together with a group of like-minded people. You will be supported in finding a healthy level of engagement, and get better at regulating strong emotions.
